Return Policy
At PRK Steel Products Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept return requests for eligible defective and non-defective products within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the return eligibility requirements described below.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by PRK Steel. Products must meet the applicable return conditions before a return, replacement, or refund can be approved.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable.
- Include all applicable accessories, components, documents, or items supplied with the product.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice, order details, or other valid proof of purchase.
- Not have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, negligence, unauthorized modification, or alteration.
- Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customers may be requested to provide photographs, videos, invoice details, or other information to help PRK Steel verify the return request.
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification before a refund or replacement is approved.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Custom-manufactured, customized, or made-to-order products, except where the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Products manufactured according to customer-specific specifications or requirements, except where applicable return conditions are met.
- Products that have been used, altered, modified, or installed after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
- Products returned after the applicable 7-day return period.
- Products that are missing their original packaging, components, accessories, or required documentation, where applicable.
- Products that do not meet the return eligibility conditions stated in this policy.
Return Shipping Charges
- For approved non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.
- Customers must follow the return instructions provided by PRK Steel before sending a product back.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, PRK Steel will review the return request and determine the appropriate return, replacement, or refund arrangement after verification.
- Return shipping arrangements may depend on the product type, return reason, delivery location, and applicable logistics requirements.
- Customers should not send a product back without first contacting PRK Steel and receiving return instructions.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, PRK Steel will notify the customer regarding the status of the return request.
If the return is approved:
- The customer may receive a refund or replacement, depending on the reason for return, product condition, and applicable return terms.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved following inspection.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Depending on the customer's bank, payment provider, or payment method, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear in the customer's account.
- Any applicable return shipping charges or other non-refundable charges will be handled according to the applicable return terms communicated to the customer.
- A refund or replacement will only be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully verified.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement:

- Provide your Order ID, invoice number, or other valid proof of purchase.
- Clearly explain the reason for the return request.

- Send the product according to the return instructions provided by PRK Steel.
- Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and verified.
- After successful verification, the applicable refund or replacement process will be initiated.
PRK Steel reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact PRK Steel as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, customers should provide:

- Photographs of the packaging, where applicable.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution based on the verification of the claim.
Order Cancellation

- For customized, bulk, or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once manufacturing, customization, or production has started.
